Two of the main organizers of a marathon in Iran have been arrested after pictures circulated on social media showing women competing without the mandatory headscarf.

Congress has long used its power to establish independent agencies to protect Americans without undue political pressure. It is deeply troubling that conservative justices appear ready to give the president even more unchecked power. Justice Kagan put it best:
