I just watched the shooting video. It's a horrific beating and execution in the middle of the street. If local and state officials don't move to arrest everyone involved for murder, they need to resign. Making arrests will de-escalate the situation. Do nothing and this is going to explode.

I don’t think immediate execution is a reasonable punishment for annoying the heavily-armed masked agents of the state.

ICE has now carried out two summary executions of innocent people in the streets of an American city. If you work for ICE, there's no denying that's the mission you're supporting now. You don't get to claim in one year or ten or twenty that you didn't know what ICE was doing. You're complicit.

You can call me a naive idiot if you want but I continue to hope that each subsequent horrible crime committed by ICE is The One that convinces the people with some power that the entire agency can no longer be tolerated. I refuse to be a doomer. Someday we'll live in a better world than this one.
