5/ And on the Strait of Hormuz, they had NO PLAN. I can't go into more detail about how Iran gums up the Strait, but suffice it say, right now, they don't know how to get it safely back open. Which is unforgiveable, because this part of the disaster was 100% foreseeable.

So, this isn't just a state or federal privacy law issue and Grammarly has good enough lawyers to know that. This is also a state privacy tort issue and they're banking on the fact that no one will sue them for unauthorized use of their name. California has very strong laws on this bc Hollywood.
