What is the point of having a Congress if they won't exercise their congressional power over regulation, budgeting, appointments, and war? The unitary executive renders the legislature wholly irrelevant. We have a King. Am Unamerican unpatriotic betrayal of the founding ideals of this country.

This shit is so fucking unconstitutional, illegal, a violation of human rights, and downright fucking wasteful, cruel, evil. I'm out of words. Burn it all to the ground.

ICE and the DOJ are attacking free speech and protest rights in MN, arresting legal observers and lying again about violence. Protests were peaceful and legal here. Help these people being politically persecuted by unethical lawyers and a treasonous government.

My main takeaway is that I want to see indictments for ICE agents who have misused their power to commit murder, assault, and rape.

Also, if you take one thing from this: your Signal group is not safe, even if it's highly vetted. It is NOT safe. There is a fed in there, and even if there isn't a fed, there may be a comrade who might sell you out to avoid their own sentence.

Here is the thing we were all told when we started doing this: ASSUME THAT THE FEDS ARE WATCHING THE CHATS. YOU HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO OBSERVE. Even if we assume the indictment is 100% factual (absolutely do not), almost all the activities described within it are legal observation.

They were so dangerous to our communities: shooting through a home door, killing people on the street, ignoring many traffic rules in icy conditions, dumping people along the road in winter, deploying tear gas outside a high school and wantonly on streets, harming detainees, ignoring court orders...

What's starting in Minneapolis today is going to be just like the Broadview 6 case. A desperate attempt at a show trial pursued by dumb, vicious prosecutors performing for an audience of one. An attempt to discourage and scare people from fighting back. It's not going to work.

You don't have to answer the door for the Feds. Do not voluntarily talk to the Feds. If they have a warrant signed by an actual judge, then they can do precisely what the warrant says. But DO NOT TALK TO THE FEDS. Do not answer the door. If you're arrested, your only words are "I want a lawyer."

The most important question not being asked enough is how many other cases would fall apart if we scrutinized DOJ conduct for unethical practices that would get most attorneys disbarred? I'd at the very least look at every grand jury indictment they've returned in the last two years.

In the real world, enduring progress comes through non-zero-sum cooperation over time, and anyone who has worked in a professional context knows that nothing makes such cooperation more difficult than the presence of egotistical men convinced they are bold risk-takers possessed of masculine energy.
