I hate talking about my personal issues online but I just have to say that losing a job you love out of nowhere is so demoralizing and confusing. I’m doing my best to heal from it but it just comes back and overtakes me sometimes. The financial hardship is bad enough, but the emotional turmoil too.

My friends and I are doing a TTRPG campaign about California in the 1850s; one of our players has transcribed every session into a novel chapter, and yesterday, I recorded chapter one like an audiobook/podcast. Is that going full circle? Whatever it is, it’s been really fun. 😂
