A negative habit I formed during covid was having podcasts or YouTube videos on in the background while I worked. I noticed it hurts my productivity (and frankly my emotions). I am trying my best to get back to listening to music while I work. Music is a much happier default background noise

The preamble to the Constitution says "promote the general Welfare". I expect that mean to take care of its citizens. It says to "insure domestic Tranquility". I don't think that means to shoot your own people. It says to "provide for the common defense". I doubt that means to manufacture a war.
