This entire episode is the president and his administration saying the silent part out loud. You do not sue over soldiers not following illegal orders before they happen unless you plan on committing atrocities against the very people that elected you into Office.

The President called for the murder of Congressional Democrats. Congressional Democrats should call for his immediate removal or resignation. Congressional Republicans should condemn his statements and call for him to recant them. It's the very least they should be doing!
