My spider plant needed to have its cramped root ball completely cleaned so I could repot it and I said out loud, “you’re so brave, pretty girl” as I was rinsing all of the soil out and untangling her roots. Very normal thing to say. 🫣 She’s looking a little ragged but I think she’ll make it.

I’m utterly terrified of birds, but today I was brave and held a chicken and also didn’t swear in front of all of the kids on this field trip when the chickens all did a flappy flappy near me.

I took one (1) b-complex vitamin yesterday and today I had more energy than I’ve had in a month. I was productive, I didn’t have my 3pm crash, and I’m a normal amount of tired for 7pm (vs nearly dead). What. Was. In. That. Vitamin.

I am just so tired all the time. Does anyone know what it's like to be not tired right now?
