hey so this is blatant false information punishing people for doing the right thing. no, it was not a "grabber". it was a reputable survey site that discord has used previously for limited surveys. nothing can """grab""" information if you dont provide it, which an anonymous survey didnt ask for.

Many CPTSD survivors have had our trauma responses-- which are REFLEXES-- framed as "defiance," & used an an excuse to ostracize or punish us. Which is why it's so, so, so important in recovery to be crystal clear that we are NOT "choosing" trauma responses to be "difficult."
