Marcel's original technique was to simply tank the onions and keep chopping. The first time he almost cut off his finger as a result, Tataru made him a pair of extremely silly-looking goggles. So now he wears those, and they work pretty well!

The other part of this is that I was explaining how we still use pints to measure milk, because people have bottles that the milk delivery van refills. "Oh yeah, we used to have that a century ago." JUST DRAGGING THE WHOLE ISLAND????
