The Senate Judiciary Committee will hear from five judicial nominees today: Rebecca Taibleson (CA7), Lindsey Freeman, David Bragdon, Matthew Orso, & Susan Rodriguez (NC district courts). If eventually confirmed, Taibleson will fill the last current circuit court vacancy.

I have a feeling the problem with these people lies somewhere other than their law school educations, but 🤷🏻‍♂️
