Wearing a mask is such a simple way to protect your health in crowded indoor spaces, especially high-risk places like hospitals. It still blows me away how many people would rather get sick over & over again & potentially get long-term health issues from COVID & more, rather than wear a simple mask.

That COVID is airborne, causes long term organ & immune system damage, & that you should make every attempt, such as wearing a mask, to avoid infection w/ it. (My “field” is getting the word out about it. I’m not an expert per se, but apparently I know more about it than most doctors currently do.)

Bringing this back. Wearing a mask in healthcare settings protects you and protects those around you. (Healthcare setting = clinics, hospitals, pharmacies or stores with pharmacy departments, dentists, medical supply stores, and so on.) Normalizing masks in healthcare saves lives.

Wearing the best quality mask available to us is so important when we go out. Not everyone can wear a mask due to medical reasons. So it's important to protect one another. Wearing masks is not all or nothing. It's about reducing risks and harm as much as possible.
