Players constantly forget that Splatoon TOs do this for the love of the game. There is no money to be paid, and recognition doesn’t mean anything either. Keep treating your TOs like shit, and they’ll just leave to do something else.

w&o had our first open level tourney in Baja's Blast yesterday and it wasn't that bad. No group stage really helped as even though our run was short our ass kicking wasn't drawn out. Sakurai presentations are the best because you never know if he's about to show you the most feature-rich game mechanic too complex to be implemented but added in anyway or hyperfocus on something like the game having an announcer for 2 mins, and both are equally as hype
