Elm Row update: bollards now protecting cycleway, but halfway point intended as pedestrian space is both being parked on, and also that parking is still encroaching on cycleway. Needs street furniture and / or bollards on sides & carriageway end, like this end area. /cc

can there be a review of the machines used to sweep cycle lanes. For years now all they do is move the dirt to the center of the lane. It renders them a hazard and forces cyclists on to the road. Thanks
