Back after two weeks off today. The first thing I did was request time off for my next holiday. But that’s in April, so realistically I will be away for something else before then. I need something else before then. I won’t survive the torture of working life until April. Lord help me.

Today I saw “Wicked” and “Oh, Mary!” on the West End - no comparison. “Oh, Mary!” is the best thing I’ve seen in ages, what a brilliant show! “Wicked” was severely hampered by an ignorant audience, but there truthfully was no spark. The magic of the theatre!

*Finally* saw “Pillion” tonight (in London of all places). Worth it, but not what I was expecting.

On Thursday night, I attended our local queer book club. Tonight, we had our Pride Christmas dinner with 26 other wonderful people. Never did I think I would get the opportunity to be part of such a lovely group, and in Roscommon of all places! Just goes to show how important rural Pride is 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
