5 million Texans are uninsured bc they don’t have full access to the ACA because Greg Abbott is still suing the federal government not to provide it. Moreover he rejects federal money to cover “the coverage gap,” which means he freely chooses, on purpose and with no reason, to keep Texans uninsured.
