1. A landmark study was just published in The Journal of Pediatrics. It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT. It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse. Transgender care saves lives.

Can you IMAGINE being the engineer responsible for the prompting/fine-tuning required to elicit this behavior.

Indeed. LLMs are LLMs. Machine learning is machine learning. AIs are Astro Boy, Robby the Robot, Cmdr Data, the Ghost in the Shell Puppet Master, etc. I will not use the term for anything less. Don’t feed the hype machine. Don’t call it AI.
