I was saying to someone over the weekend that this might legitimately be the end of the NCAA, if this kid is allowed to play. He openly bet on games! He's not even disputing that! If that's not a permanent ban from the sport, every game's outcome is potentially in question.

what a dream of a course. There’s no better feeling than when you’re playing well on a beautiful, difficult golf course, and I had it going today. Fell back a little on the back 9 but 41-45 86 on a very hard course is such a morale booster.

Others I like: SOME Ludvig, Fitz, Fleetwood, a sprinkle of Hideki against my better judgement, Spieth, MAYBE Rose, Lowry, Conners, Keegan, Cauley.

I honestly cannot think of an endorsement that would matter to me less if I lived in Minnesota. I looked; does he have any connection to Minnesota? It doesn't look like it? So he's just a shitty former football coach and NBC announcer who has bad political takes?

Heading out to Western Mass tomorrow to play Crumpin-Fox, one of the top public courses in the state. Played it last year and it took my lunch money and then some, so I'm making the drive out to exact some revenge.

THE MEMORIAL: Jack Nicklaus' Augusta National of the North -- it's Augusta with long rough. This is very much a second-shot golf course with a premium on long iron play, and you REALLY want to be playing from the fairway. A little surprising, then, that Morikawa isn't in the field.

Celene Boutier did a great thing, & the karma came back. She granted a wish to 11-year old Evelyn King-White, who is currently battling Leukemia. Celene is Evelyn’s favorite player, & they met prior to final round. Boutier went on to win the ShopRite LPGA. Evelyn was there for the trophy ceremony!
