Meet the Italian Socialist Who Just Might Take Down Giorgia Meloni
The Italian P.M.’s recent spat with Trump aside, she remains a right-wing figure. Global progressives should be looking to Elly Schlein.

If you are wealthy, I think you should spend more money on clothes. There's no pride in buying clothes for the lowest possible price, as this puts downward pressure on garment worker wages and increases the likelihood of exploitation.

That's awe it was. Rumblings. So the BBC could say 'Well we reported it, But no one acted upon it''. It's just nuts, Why are we not more outraged about that than we are about migrants & refugees. If we had that money they stole, They could invest on more border police if they were half determined.

This is why cities need trees. Hard surfaces and parked cars can reach extreme temperatures, while shaded grass and tree-covered areas stay dramatically cooler. This is the urban heat island effect in one image: hard surfaces absorb and radiate heat, while vegetation and shade reduce it.
