Pretty much every time I go on reddit I'm horrified by people's lack of hygiene. Today has been people wearing pyjamas for a week and a man who doesn't wash his hands after picking up dog shit or wiping his arse. Last week it was people not washing behind their ears/bellybuttons.

I caught a child with one hand, without looking, whilst putting my shoes, who was about to fall head first down steps. I ran in front of a car to push a child out of the way. I helped another kid I didn't know who I saw hit by a car until the paramedics arrived (the police were useless).
