OTD in 1940 Soviet Union shot down a Finnish civil flight from Estonia to Helsinki, killing diplomats from France & USA plus businessmen from our allies in Germany. We denied it. Imagine the Russian military shooting down civil aircraft in this day & age then lying about it.
