Watching all the Studio Ghibli films in chronological order because I’ve heard they’re excellent. Only Yesterday (1991) is a film about a 27 year old woman reminiscing about her childhood in 1960s Japan. I found it rather slow and hard to connect with. Not my fave. Rating: 5/10

Octopath Traveler II is my favorite game of 2023 hands down. I just finished it and was crying through the epilogue. Amazing 10/10. If you like JRPGs go play this game. No notes

Watching all the Studio Ghibli films in chronological order because I’ve heard they’re excellent. Kiki’s Delivery Service (1989) is the only Ghibli film I remember seeing as a kid. It made me want to fly! It was cute and still held up. The soundtrack is wonderful. Rating: 9/10
