We already had content filters, this just makes the site unusable and deters a chunk of your audience from posting

I've heard lots of good jokes about trans people...generally from and by trans people. The key thing is those jokes are based in actual knowledge about the trans experience and foibles of daily life as opposed to mean-spirited, ignorant and boring attempts to join a moral panic.
