At least in Atlanta, even with experienced jail support, you cannot always find info on an arrestee immediately after they are taken to jail. Sometimes 24 hours, sometimes it takes all weekend. It would not be difficult for Operation Wetback 2.0, logistically. I imagine a worse 287g type program.
