I have cleared approximately eight inches of snow with a quarter-inch ice crust off of my car. My scraper blade has died a noble death and my winter outerwear is thawing. My hips and feet are saying “absolutely not, mofo,” because each new step outside involved stomping hard…

Mentally psyching myself up to a) get out of bed, b) put all of the layers on that I need to be outside for a while, and c) shovel not only my sidewalk and driveway but also the communal driveway because nobody else is going to and I know in my gut that I’m gonna have to be in the office tomorrow.

It's below freezing outside and I'm trying not to think about that while getting set up in my basement for my workout. One positive life thing? I've consistently taken all of my meds every day this month so far! The habit tracker in my planner is really helping.
