Last Christmas

My stomach hasn’t been right all day and I am very much going to blame these crisps for that.

Watching a very enjoyable TV series with an absolutely absurd central conceit. Lola Dewaere from Astrid In Paris plays Sherlock Holmes’ French great grand-daughter. Yes. This show is built in the idea that Holmes was a REAL person and that for some reason his descendants are… French?!

So, the plumber has told us not to use the bathroom for a week, to try and isolate where the leak is coming from. Fortunately for us, we have an en suite shower in our bedroom and also a toilet. Not gonna be fun if the girls want to go to the loo in the night though!!!

It’s -1 out here and there are boys turning up my daughters’ school in shorts. I guess it’s not neglect when posh parents do it! :P
