I try to say yes to things but I know I can't say yes to EVERY thing. Sometimes I go into a little spiral of "it's not fair if I say yes to this but not to that" but you know what? Doing something is always better than doing nothing. Do what you can with what you have, where you are.

Just because you can't help everyone who asks you, doesn't mean that you can't help ANYONE. If someone asks you for help and you are able to help them, you can do that. You are allowed. You are also allowed to say no to things. You can't do it all, and feeling like you have to doesn't help anyone.
