@mattpt55.bsky.social my major rule change for F1: Each season’s testing time, funding, etc… is independent from the other. I hate teams having the crutch of “we are putting all of our time, effort, and money into 2026.” It is too often an excuse for a bad car and allows teams to give up.

Boxing would have caused a double stack which would have hurt Lando, so they didn’t do it. McLaren is so afraid of upsetting or being seen as ‘favoring’ either driver that they are hamstrung and paralyzed.
