I learned recently from @mattieboombattie.bsky.social, the Dutch have a word for a casual sexual relationship - less than "friends with benefits," more like "acquaintances with benefits" The word is "scharrel". He started to explain, but I'd seen it at the grocer. It means "free-range chicken".

Hotel I’m at has a fascinating interior design. Like an artsy nerd thing meets squid game. Whole hotel has interesting areas. There a clock with a door that feels very Mario 64, and a swimming pool, stuff with mirrors.

Fallout S2 is pretty good so far (ep 2). Glad it doesn’t suffer S2 syndrome too much.

New version of my app (Calstats 2.5) got through app review remarkably unscathed—not unusual for macOS, but iOS nearly always gets a rejection or two, half of the time for good reasons. They released it immediately. And of I discovered that widgets are broken on each OS, right before I go to bed. 😩
