understanding relative vs absolute risk is probably the #1 thing i'd tell trans ppl to learn and understand. there is SO much fearmongering about "increased risk" for various issues and conditions when taking HRT and whilst a lot of it is just completely fabricated or overblown i think it would /2

(It really really frustrates me when people can't or won't differentiate between 'the current government is awful' and 'the next government will be worse.' Just wanting Labour out is one thing, and I agree they have been Utterly Terrible, but Reform would/will be worse and worse in different ways.)
