One of my fave quick go tos is cannellini aglio e olio. 2 big glugs of olive oil, cook 4 minced garlic until it starts to brown, add one can drained and rinsed capellini beans and one little jar marinates artichoke hearts, cook and break up the artichoke, add a hearty handful of parsley and πΆοΈ flakes
add a skeleton here at some point
