at least twice now, this federal agent has come out of the broadview ice facility with his sidearm drawn. last friday, an ice agent shot and killed a man during a traffic stop nearby in franklin park, illinois.

They just tear-gassed us. They tried to run us over in a van holding a peaceful protester. They shot us with pepper balls. They dragged another protester into the facility.

I don't want to say anything... but I do think that these stories need to contextualize what they mean by "farmers" - some of these are not small family farmers but very well off land owners who hire undocumented people who they treat terribly for profit. AND their workers are punished not them.
