In some good news, I started a new job this week back in Louisville at an autism therapy clinic. I'm excited about the work, even if it doesn't pay much. It's the direction I've been wanting to go for a while. But there's so much that needs to happen now.

I feel like my son has definitely crossed from little kid to big kid, and it's kind of breaking my heart. He's so tall now and doesn't have his little kid face any more. I love who he is and the person he's growing into, but it also feels like time is going away too fast.

I was once at an evangelical Bible trivia. One question was “how long was Jesus‘s earthly ministry?“ and the “right answer” was 3 1/2 years, but that’s tradition. The Bible doesn’t say. It’s got me thinking about how much evangelicals read/hear *about* Scripture, and how little we actually know it.
