A lot of people aren't going to read this story, which is essentially a procedural issue in that the Dems can't get the end run done in time. From what I read, it doesn't sound like there is another way for this round. But they should of course work on changing their Supreme Court.

The basic issue is that the UK economy, not very dynamic at the best of times, has been shown not to function for growth outside the single market. Nobody has a solution for this and every government since Brexit has collapsed whilst pretending there are other solutions.
