I went to the eye hospital yesterday, and it was, as always, heaving. Luckily one of my children came with me, because, of course, they give you eye drops which make it very hard to see. I sat in the waiting room. They put you through a series of tests. And I thought about how eyes are 》

It's 3 months since my father died and last week one of my dearest friends died too. I have cried every day since dad died. This week I have a follow up eye hospital appointment. I can only imagine the state of my eyes after all that crying. 😭

This is Kite I don't talk to about him much, for he is a secretive cat. He was run over when he was 10 weeks old. I couldn't afford the £1000 pounds it cost to fix him I was going to have him put down But dad saved him. He payed for his treatment and drove him to and from the vet hospital
