Leaving aside the small matter that āThe Salt Pathā turned out to be a massive fraud by the central characters, itās also a fucking terrible film too. 10/10 for everybody involved for churning out such a steaming pile of shit. š©

Over the last 50 years, Nigel Farage has certainly been on a journey. Heās moved away from playground taunting and calling, and now simply hides his racism and xenophobia behind a gossamer thin veil of respectability.

Discussed this with my husband (Barrister) last evening. A UK court would not allow this to proceed. There is no reputational damage as he has no reputation to damage. His many convictions and history of being a vexatious litigant weigh against him. He is an extortionist, not be countentanced.

I still have no idea what Number 10 was thinking intervening over policing. If they āwinā the standoff, Keir Starmer personally owns any incident that happens around the match. And heās broken the precedent of interfering in operational matters, and so will be asked to do so relentlessly.

Astonishing mental gymnastics by Jenrick to suggest that hooliganism in the 1980s was nothing more than ārough and tumbleā. It also completely undermines the Conservative government and policing position about the fatal mistakes made at Hillsborough.
