I really didn't make it clear here, but the thing we can do about it is prosecute crimes. If Jeff Bezos has turned the Washington Post into a regime mouthpiece in exchange for favorable regulatory treatment, that's a crime. The hearings are to uncover information that might lead to prosecution.

It bears noting that SCOTUS approval is near record lows, and there's been *no* organized campaign by liberal or left groups to attack its legitimacy. Why does this matter? Because, like other structural reforms, it's better to start building support for unpacking SCOTUS sooner rather than later.
