Man, indian outsourcing is reaching some very silly levels now. I've worked in call centers for a long time, so I'm aware that a lot of companies outsource their customer service lines to india and other countries for English speaking customers.

I went to the hospital yesterday, and got a nice reminder why no one likes going to public health institutions in this country, I went because of the excruciating pain I'm feeling all over my body, but the attending didn't consider that an emergency.

Condition keeps worsening. Now I'm going blind from my left eye. Since Saturday my vision from that eye has become very blurry and I can't make out details with it. Pain has not stopped either.

I enjoy my job, when I'm doing the part of it that feels fulfilling, that makes me feel that I'm doing something worthwhile. But the behind the scenes of my work is draining my fucking soul like a black hole.

Sometimes I just want to drive a sledge hammer to these discharge nurses. The patients sometimes are still heavily sedated because of the anesthesia but who fucking cares, they need to do their rounds, they need to get the patient out, fuck him and his sedation. fucking rude pieces of shit.
