Reading the audiobook of A Witch's Guide to Magical Innkeeping on my commute this week and it's giving me so much joy that I've actively had to resist just marathoning the entire book in one fell swoop

I've had so many terrible emotions about Worldcon and Hugos this year, and the slate of apologies encapsulate how out of touch and callous the entire system is. You cannot subcommittee your way to basic respect. A host's job is not to tell staff to do things then wash your hands of any follow up.
