Ok, A metal as fuck attack is the aforementioned setting one's self ablaze (in this case a more concentrated burn via abilities or superpowers, idgf use your fuckin imagination) and then as you're on fire, bear hugging and crushing your opponent in the heat and pressure as they presumably catch fire
