Long Covid and #MECFS is a workers rights issue. People catch this on the job. Then all they have strength to do is their job, nothing else. Then they get sicker and lose their job anyway. Then SSD is denied. #MillionsMissing

The problem is that in the clinical encounter between physician and patient, that one moment when a patient denies the use of AI can be enough to paint them as a "problem patient." And disabled/chronically ill people know how dangerous that can be. Refusal can come with consequences.
