Ignoring my advice when setting up the new HE library, then three years later having to implement everything I'd suggested because the new HE library isn't fit for purpose.

The Marketing team being allowed to take the library webpages away in the January and the complaints I'm having to deal with as a result in the December.

Senior Management who have no idea what a library is needed for, don't ask and then run it in to the ground. Make half the library team redundant because there is no money then create two brand new Director of A fucking I positions.
