I don't think Nithya catches Bass in the Primary, probably moves slightly higher to 5-6pts within Bass but ~40% of the remaining ballots is likely her ceiling & Bass likely at her floor of ~32%. A +7pt break isn't enough to catch Bass even if turnout was 40%, which I doubt based on the County's ~36%

Loud mouth supposedly liberal commentators would do well to stop repeating right-wing talking points about how long California takes to count its ballots. Others states didn't "figure it out" so much as simply not care about holistic ballot access and the robust system that is needed to process.

I believe there are ~246k City ballots left to count and if the ballot drops continue to break to Nithya by +13.5% to Pratt then I think she wins. Here's my reasoning:
