IMO the bigger story is that companies are already routinely lying about AI use in the games development process. As AI art gets more difficult to detect, will studios continue to feel comfortable deceiving awards panels and consumers about genAI in their games?

In the new year I want to -release my first skirmish game -collab with at least one designer and one illustrator I’ve never worked with before -print at least one game I love by someone else -work less conventions/sales events -stop taking this shit so serious and have more fun
