Thoughts from today: That Madeley is a snide. Everton have to score the perfect goal for it to stand. Garner is our best right back. When Rohl gets fully fit he should start. 3 points behind Spurs and United.

Vital piece of investigative reporting from Sky. They've uncovered the X algorithm which feeds users extremist right wing material from the moment they join the site. It is a far-right radicalisation engine, by design.

Nigel Farage accuses teachers of "poisoning our kids" on race issues. Here's a reminder of what teachers and fellow pupils at Farage's own school remember of his own views on that subject.

Reform is racist. Let’s just say it. Loudly and often. They’re racist. Don’t take them on on how they plan to fund their nonsense. They don’t care. They don’t say it because they’ve worked it out. They say it for headlines and for voters who want prejudice as policy. They’re racist. They’re failure.

British media pumps out daily propaganda pieces for Farage, fails to offer *any scrutiny* and basically legitimises rampant racism, then puts on its ‘innocent face’ and clutches its pearls at the rise of the far right… What a grim betrayal of our democracy.

A few years back my mother-in-law was ill in hospital. Whilst visiting here I noticed these flags pinned to the wall and wondered why they were there. Of course they're the flags of the nationalities of the NHS staff that looked after my mother-in-law's ward, without whom we'd not have an NHS.

For there to be no comment from the government on Musk's call for violence, let alone action against X, is unconscionable. An utter dereliction of its responsibility for national security and an affront to every member of an ethnic minority, who is being put at risk by this rhetoric.

Seeing a lot about St George flags on here. Here’s a pic of some other flags, taken in the Kent hospital ward where my late mother in law was nursed in her last days. They’re the flags of the nationalities of the ward nurses. Multiculturalism is in the fabric of our country & needs celebrating.
