Gov. Hochul must stop Trump’s polluting fracked gas pipelines. The proposed Williams NESE pipeline threatens NY waters & would keep us tied to dirty fossil fuels. To make matters worse, the ratepayer would pay for the pipe through a higher monthly utility bill!

We are working to pass the NY HEAT Act, a crucial tool to fundamentally shift our state away from fossil fuels and fracking. By no longer forcing consumers to pay to subsidize outdated natural gas systems, we will be able to significantly lower CON-ED bills for New Yorkers.

We must use our state resources to protect the environment. That is why the Assembly’s proposed 2025 budget includes $500M towards the Environmental Protection Fund, $600M for clean water infrastructure, and $1B towards green building and transportation programs.
