Leaving aside campaigning in red states, the argument that Democrats should drop climate is wrong. 1) It is dumb to drop a platform that the majority support & that your opponent is absolutely terrible on. 2) We do need to get to net zero now in order to halt heating at a relatively safe level. 🧵

My feedback: "The guidance does not recognize, let alone address, the impact of its planned AI-use on either climate/environment or labor/employment. Until such impact study has been conducted + publicly shared, any AI-use would be unjustified + irresponsible and should be subject to a moratorium."
