Following the news of the death of a Santos Banegas Reyes in U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) custody, held in Nassau County Jail, Luba Cortes, Civil Rights and Immigration Lead Organizer, issued the following statement on behalf of our organization’s more than 28,00 members. ⬇️
