A federal judge in Manhattan on Wednesday ordered the Justice Department to stop seeking sensitive medical information about transgender youth who had received transition-related medical care at New York City hospitals.

It's been 4 years since the #Dobbs decision & abortion is still severely restricted across the US—with 13 states currently banning care entirely. Advocates & policymakers must champion a bold vision of access that goes beyond Roe, rooted in evidence & human rights to guarantee access for all.

This is an important victory. As the Trump administration tries to bully transgender youth, scare families, and intimidate healthcare providers into dropping their patients, we’re thankful that the court has found these tactics to be unconstitutional.
