Donald Trump is trying to make it more difficult for Americans to vote with his executive order on mail-in voting. The Constitution makes clear that the states and local governments have power to set election rules. This order should be immediately struck down by the courts.

These "buffer zone" bills are an attack on free speech and a surefire way to stifle constitutionally protected, peaceful political protest. Stifling NYers’ speech is exactly what Trump and his goons want, and lawmakers should under no circumstances be actively aiding their authoritarian effort.
