I am teaching myself how to make homemade miso. In 3 months, I’ll be able to critique this recipe (for white miso). I’ll have to make a second batch for red, but that will take 6 months of wait time. 😬 Has anyone made miso before? Please share your experiences. I love homemade ❤️
