I've seen some folks talking about this in the context of attractions that are good or not, high attendance. The prime example being the current Imagination attraction. That's not exactly what he means by this. It's about revenue. It's how much revenue is made per square foot.

I am pretty astonished Disney hasn't done a Halloween Horror Nights-alike. They have the brand differentiation between Mickey's Not So Scary, and they could deal with ding songs who don't get that this is not a kid friendly event. They could print money.
